Leading the operations team to ensure of delivering the best Customer experience and
report to CEO and COO.
• Help stockholders to start operating and penetrate US market.
• Set a business strategy plan to determining the directions.
• Manage the performance of the team, develop and coach team members when they are
carrying out their normal duties.
• Recognize and reward the contribution of team members in a timely manner so they are
motivated and encouraged towards continual excellent quality customer experience.
• Deal with underperformance cases in a professional, consistent and timely manner, seeking
advice as necessary.
• Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance and organize training sessions
for under performers.
• Ensure that agreed service levels for the support are consistently delivered across all lines of
business.

• Highlight risks/incidents impacting business with relevant stakeholders and ensure there is a
mitigation plan that is put into place.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
