- Finance Director and acting as managing director to deliver and accomplish the strategic goals of the company.
- Overseeing & controlling the finance functions (which includes effective & efficient delivery of management financial reports)
- Working closely with Eternal Auditor and other external parties to facilitate company operations as well as adherence to local laws & regulations.
-Managing & submitting the monthly financial management report
-Overseeing & directing the daily accounting activities which reflect on more control as well as the proper recording of accounting events.
-Handling the cash flow to ensure that sufficient funds available to cover the monthly payments.
-Reviewing and checking vendor invoices and compare it with PO/Contact to confirm that invoices are contractually okay in order to proceed for payment.
- In general plan and direct accounting activities within the finance department.
In charge of overall finance operation which includs and not limited to :
- Recruited, train, manage and direct the finance staff in order to get the maximum performance from them.
- Oversee the entire finance function in Saudi Arabia including monthly financial reporting.
- Create a perfect & effective chart of accounts in peachtree - Sage 50
- Liaise with external Auditors in respect of getting year end audited financial statements as well as Zakat Certificate.
- Enforcement of internal control system.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate company Operation.
- Setting rules and procedure in cooperation with operational head to facilitate the operation as well as finance functions.
- Explore the operational weakness in respect to (Profit & loss), (Cost & benefit) and highlighted to the management.
- Setting the KPI foundation which to be assigned to each individual in the company.
- Coordinating with the Group Financial Planning Manager pertaining the consolidation of the financial statements for the entire group.
- Preparing upcoming Five year financial Statement projection & net assets valuation.
- Implementing LS retail POS along with Microsoft NAV back office in order to enhance the internal control system among the various outlets.
- successful filling & submitting Zakat Return Form based on the financial results to obtain temporary & final Zakat certificate.
- Enforcement of internal control procedure outlined through the company policy.
- Payments verification. To insure all necessary documents are properly attached & also to insure payment has been prepared to reflect company trend towards using available cash & financial priorities are correctly addressed.
- Assisting of monthly closing via passing payroll related accruals JV.
- Sound Knowledge of dealing with SAGE ERP Modules.
Complete the bachelor degree of accounting with 150 credit hours, my GPA was around 2.7 Management Accounting (including cost accounting), Financial accounting, auditing, taxation ,government accounting ,petroleum accounting as well as accounting for financial institutions was fully covered in UST curriculum over the four years of university education.
