Creating monthly trend analysis for costs against the revenue. Identify wrongly charge WBS in order to control the budget
release under each WBS element.
Improve project process and cash flow by developing and implementing cost structure, then managing CSI coding of accounts for WBS approvals.
Coordinating and working with Project Engineering team for delays/deliveries & resolve discrepancies if any.
Verifying of claims from suppliers/subcontractors/third parties. Identifying cost variances to approved budget via the Trend/Change Management Process and determine the risk. After communicating with theP.M.T.

• Creating a Dashboard, cost trades, for all the company's running projects; illustrating the risks, subcontractor's comparison sheets, waste percentage of materials, and reserve materials in the Inventory, variations in quantity takeoffs, critical issues, and costs' breakdown analysis for all the B.O.Q/Tender Studies/Budget Zeros' activities/items.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review monthly to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
