 Replenishment of Stock as per Stores requirement as well as stores category-wise sales performance on time, which leads in the increase of sale performance.

 Keeping the Sales team updated with stock levels, trends and sales patterns so that they can plan their sales and promotions accordingly, which increase in the sales and decrease in stock levels.
 Analyze merchandise performance within department to monitor statistical objectives, adapt Inventory as needed, and increase sales volume, which increase in category performance and sales.
 Analyzing every aspect of best sellers & worst sellers & keeping an eye on slow sellers, to reduce in terminal stock and increase in sales volume and margin and making sure that it won’t be included in the next buy.
 Acting as mediator between the Stores, Head Office, Marketing, Warehouse and the Brand Heads.
 Presenting reports related to sales and stocks to the management as and whenever required.
 Controlling stock flow for all existing stores on the basis of store capacity, selling power
and on hand inventory.
