Under the supervision of Vocational Training Nord Project, Placement coordinator had the role to ensure the continuity of the trainings, report the progress of the trainings and beneficiaries and find internships or job opportunities for the graduates.

Provide leadership and supervise the implementation of all community throughout the manage day to day activities and coordinate logistics for all community center projects. Liaise with different projects personnel at the center level, developing and reviewing plans and operational requirement to deliver requisite resources in a timely and cost-effective manner, with actively contribute to the planning process of programs in collaboration with all related departments.

This program started by providing free vocational trainings classes to adolescents and children, in order to encourage personal and educational development, expanding the program to include other types of life skills training courses. The program was set up in recognition of the fact that people, as well as some members of the host community.

The main duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Planning and scheduling events like board meetings and luncheons, also charged with monitoring and recording expenditures, creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to an office manager.

The main responsibilities are to oversee the development of an organization's programs, which include staff development, project management, implementation, daily management of activities and create budgets for project costs and program expenditures.
