- Design & Installation of the HVAC & Cooling system.
- Ensure the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out for all assigned Sorrento Group Clients.
- Oversee, schedule, coordinate, and perform maintenance and repair of equipment and systems including AC, HVAC, Vehicles, plumbing, etc.
- Supervise and manage the facility & maintenance team ensuring the tasks assigned for all operations and maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient manner.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports & Analyze breakdowns.
- With team of supervisors and skilled and unskilled workers, carry out inspection of facilities on a regular basis to detect maintenance issues.
- Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.
- Complete 5 (Six Sigma projects),
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Improve the capacity of production & Provide process training and coaching for labors.
- Reduce Energy Consumption.
- Participating in the internal auditing to satisfied the ISO (9001-2008).
- Monitor the air cooler & refrigerator manufacturing line.
- Improve the workshop area & Implement the five S & FMEA analysis methods.
- Reduce the energy consumption in plant & organization.
- Organize the semi finishing area.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
- Install vehicles & spare part hierarchy.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance responsibilities.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work.
- Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
- Arranging spare parts procurement of maintenance work orders.
- Arranging RFQs for Spare Parts for Annual Maintenance Processes.
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
- Configure the maintenance notifications & work orders for all company vehicles & equipment.
- Installing all vehicles and spare parts BOM with all specifications.
- Implement plant maintenance (PM) & customer service (CS) modules; coach the maintenance engineers to handle the processes.
- Support the SAP team in implementation & coach the engineers in using the new ERP (SAP) system.
