The role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of MS Dynamics CRM/ 365 by using in-depth consulting skills, business analysis, and design skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's' business environment to achieve client expected business results.

- Leading and mentoring project resources.
- Implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016).
- Analyzing and documenting the business process.
- Designing and implementing business cycles and workflows.
- Participating in Pre-sales activities as presenting demos, Presentations, and writing proposals.
- Conduct training, produce training materials.
