Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis.
The role assists clients in the selection and implementation of advanced analytics solutions by using in-depth consulting, analysis, data science, design skills, and business knowledge to achieve client expected business results.

The role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of MS Dynamics CRM/ 365 by using in-depth consulting skills, business analysis, and design skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's' business environment to achieve client expected business results.
- Leading and mentoring project resources.
- Implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016).
- Analyzing and documenting the business process.
- Designing and implementing business cycles and workflows.
- Participating in Pre-sales activities as presenting demos, Presentations, and writing proposals.
- Conduct training, produce training materials.
- Implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016).
