Review the submitted construction schedule from the Contractor for the given and assigned projects. Verify if the submitted construction schedule is in compliance to the contracts, drawings and specifications. Evaluate the submitted construction if all P6 requirements are met. Maintain engineering submittals and procurement status. Prepare periodical reports direct to the Clients.
Prepare and maintain construction schedule for the current project.
Prepares Progress Photo Reports, Work Status, and Progress Photos.
Conduct a regular site visit, and pictorials to know the actual activities and accomplishment in the said project.
Coordinate with Construction and Project Managers with the current status of on-going project/s.
Respond to any correspondence and issues that were raised with regards to construction delays, claims, or time extension that will benefit the company’s interest.
Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress report.
Prepare look ahead schedule and disseminate to the construction team.
Review the contractor’s program and provide advice on completion and completion percentages.
Review the 3 weeks look ahead program, monitor and report on program and progress.
Direct support to the Resident Engineer and report to the Senior Project Planner.
Responsible in all aspects of the planning and programing of the works.
Review, monitor and authorized the contractor’s program.
Attending onsite meeting as requested by the Client/PMC.
Prepare the progress report required by the Client/PMC.
Currently appointed as a Planning Engineer for civil works at KAUST PSS Project with Saudi ARAMCO as client.
Prepares detailed schedule for proposed and ongoing projects, supervises works status, holds on records and evaluate/analyze predicaments in the given project that relates in planning and scheduling.
Responsible in preparing detailed schedule in each structure and work discipline. Update it in a weekly and monthly basis. Conducts daily site visit, daily pictorials and videos to know the actual activities and accomplishment in the said project and presented to upper management for their records and analysis.
Prepares estimates for the proposed construction projects namely bridges, sewage system, underpass, government and office buildings. Prepares construction documents necessary for project bidding. Responsible in defining and proposing construction schedule.
Define, propose and update construction schedule. Prepares shop drawings to show and clarify any discrepancies that seen in the construction plans. Attend coordination meeting with Construction Management for the smooth flow of the project. Evaluate Progress billing for subcontractors for rebar works, formworks, concrete and masonry works. Ensure that the construction is completed in accordance with the Construction Drawings, Specifications, Quality Plans and meet contractual requirements. Site supervision and inspection for reinforced concrete buildings. Witness material testing such as rebar and concrete. Secure records with regards to ongoing construction project. Prepares rebar cutting list and other estimates. Prepares materials order for the ongoing construction project.
