• Editing and maintaining all formats using Millennium library system.
• Classification the library materials according to LCC system.
• Cataloguing all formats of library materials according to AACR2& MARC21
• Import & export bibliographic records using OCLC & other catalogs.
• Describe and classify all resources to the international bibliographic standards in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Maintain the integrity of the library bibliographic database to ensure easy access to information resources.
• Experience in dealing with Millennium library management system.
• Experience with RFID systems for the libraries.
• Prepare monthly statistics & reports of the activities.
• Acquisition (purchase, ordering and sharing) the library with selections.
• Cooperate with public services and other technical services areas to promote a user friendly environmental.
• Train and keep staff up to date with the current technologies, cataloguing rules and resources which are necessary for the effective support, access and utilization of information.
• Member of the Library collection development Committee
• Member of the book fairs committee.
