• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.

-To process all visas on behalf of the Company, including employment, business and personal
-To liaise with the authorities to ensure timely processing of visa applicants
- To support the legal team in Company registrations
- To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance to local laws and regulations
- Staff banking and accounts setups
- To keep updated on labour related changes in relation to visa processing and staff support
- To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities
- To support employees on sponsoring family members visas
- Newspaper, Magazine and boards advertisements arrangements
- Airport visa delivery, staff pick up and hotel arrangements
-Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities.
-Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events.
-Hire, train, and educate staff on proper event procedures.
-Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
-Book venues and negotiate fees.
-Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time.
-Hire bartenders and wait staff.
-Work with guest of honor to ensure all requests are met.
-Drive attendance to the event.
-Promote the event using flyers, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
-Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
-Define company brand through events.
-Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event.
-Pay vendors for their participation in the event.
-Provide receipts if needed.
-Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
-Set up booths, flowers, decorations, and another event decor.
-Plan menus, order food, and hire chefs or caterers.
-Sample food, including main dishes and desserts.
-Give final approval for items such as music and menus.
-Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
-Arranging advertising to promote the property
-Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
-Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
-Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
-Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labour/ Passport related matters.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
• Will provide admin support as needed.
Coordinate employment/ residence, visit visas and other kind of visas with HR Coordinator
Follow-up on Labor Cards, Access Cards, Emirates Identification Cards, residence visa and government health card renewal .
• Coordinate and ensure that new joiners will be able to join at the right time considering their visa, flight ticket, airport/hotel pick-ups, etc and issuance of their initial joining entitlements such as set-up allowance, furniture allowance, etc. on their first day
• Organize periodic renewal of Licenses
• Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications
• Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed
• Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
• Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity
• Accompany the employee as they exit the country.
• HR reporting: update Visa tracking system daily (Visit & Employment) per Department/ business unit
• Prepare all the necessary letters & certificates for the banks, consulates, government institutions, etc.
• Timely issuance of status changes certificate for employees in case of any changes in the employee’s individual status
• Handle bank guarantee & portal account .
• Reconcile & prepare a monthly report for portal and petty cash expenses considering different cost centers and nature of expenses
1.Monitor new upcoming buildings.
2. Provide backup supports for the sales team.
3. Coordinate with the client to find /locate a premise /flats which requirement.
