1. Lead a project team to meet customer satisfaction.
2. Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract with in budget. (Operation works for 41 Gas Stations all over Kuwait, above 750 Employees).
3. Setting the long term manpower and training needs.

7. Preparation of training and other technical material.
8. Development of standard procedures and practices.
9. Providing expert advice on unused and major field problems.
10. Documentation and updating drawings.
11. Tenders review and evaluation.
12. Planning of all activities and ensuring implementation of plans safely, efficiently and at low cost.
13. Follow up payment collections.
14. Monitor and control expenses to meet the organization for costs.
15. Ensure the implementation of Safety rules and regulations.
Implementing a preventive maintenance check on all customers' sites.
Planning all the maintenance schedules due to the equipment program and catalogue. Spares planning and purchase follow up to get the lowest price offer.
Prepare the daily, monthly, yearly work orders using maintenance software "Maximo".
Monitor and follow up the stuff to accomplish the planned program.
Co-ordinate between staff and the client to avoid any confusion with the contract items.
Reporting the daily activities, work progress, major breakdowns, and the actions taken, to recognize our productivity and revise our work behavior.
Identify, Plan and manage the needed upgrading, maintenance and repair works.
Coordinator between T. Office,
Financing, Purchasing, Production, Painting, Loading Election Departments.
Preparing the master production schedules & work force schedule
Preparing the Loading Schedule + (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports / Company + Progress Report / Project).
Follow Up The Material Supply (Local & Imported).
Coordinator between subcontractors (Painting, Transportation & Erection).
Follow Up the priority according the site conditions.
Cost control.
Preparing the item list for the invoices (for owner & subcontractors.
Control with the clients (requirements …visitors, testing, ...)
Preparing the weekly meetings (production, project, safety.)
Make contacts with the consultant and design offices.
Preparing and checking workshop (Welding Equipment - Steel and Consumables Material)
