• Leading Bidding and Proposal Processes:
As the Head of Proposals, I fore fronted of our organization's success in securing projects. By engaging in the bidding process, preparing meticulous bid documents, collaborating closely with the technical team, and overseeing bid and proposal structures. Conducting analytical reports and business review presentations provide invaluable guidance for continued growth.
• Brand Strategy:
Implemented employee branding and internal communication initiatives to enhance employee loyalty and engagement. In addition to developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, differentiate the company from competitors, and foster customer loyalty. Implementing intensive social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
• In-Depth Market Research:
Conducting extensive marketing research, providing the executive board with valuable insights and opportunities to innovate. Evaluating market size, growth potentials/opportunities and competitive landscape. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop market entry strategies and go-to-market plans tailored to each identified market.
Developing and executing successful go-to-market plans, ensuring efficient market entry and positioning strategies for optimal market penetration and business growth.

1) Laid the foundations of the BD & Sales department by introducing effective internal strategies and directions that played a main role in the business enrichment.

4) Conducting a tender map throughout the year. Won seven tenders out of nine tenders with a total revenue of 1, 500, 000 USD both domestic & foreign
5) Direct sales revenue jumped from 1, 175, 000 USD to almost 2, 150, 000 USD
6) Managed to slash payroll/benefits administration costs to 30% by negotiating pricing & fees, while ensuring the business continuation
1- Over achieved sales target by acquiring more than 1, 730, 000 USD
2- Participated in 8 tenders and successfully won 7 tenders out of 8 tenders.
3- Enhanced company’s market share by introducing effective horizontal and vertical expansion strategies
4- Carried out several no-cure/no-pay trials and tests that resulted in the improvement and enhancing the DSS division. It moved up from the seventh division in terms of revenue to the second one.
5- Managed to build strong relations with our clients, introducing new products and services to the drilling companies such as mud cleaning and sponge blasting techniques.
Roles:
1- Worked as solid control engineer, responsible for operating, running & maintaining the solid control equipment (centrifuges, conveyor systems and Hi-G dryers) on the rig site.
2- Worked as senior rig engineer, the single point accountable person during rig operations.
3- Joined a fast track programme and became a business development engineer. My duties involved maintaining communication channels with existing customers and expanding to reach out to new customers. I was also responsible for launching new services such as mud system inspection and shale shaker screens sales.
Description:
Sonker owns 350, 000 m2 of land at its disposal for the construction of the LPG and gasoil tanks for the EGPC (Egyptian General Petroleum Company) contract (Phase 1) and for the construction of additional tanks for the EGPC contract when throughput volumes increase and for future tanks for bunkering operations and for third party storage (Phase 2). In Phase 1, the terminal will be laid out for the storage and handling of LPG and Gasoil only. Additionally, one hectare will be used for different terminal buildings.
This project is a new of its kinds because for the first time to build a terminal with huge capacity for handling LPG and Gasoil at the Red Sea using the latest technology. The main target of this project as mentioned is to build 3 LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) tanks and 3 other tanks for Gasoil. This project is divided into seven main packages.
Roles:
1- Managed the construction of 6 storage tanks (3 LPG & 3 gasoil) in the vicinity of Sokhna port.
2- Worked as a Contract Accountable Manager supervising the execution of subcontracts..
3- Worked as the head office & site team liaison.
