Reclamation for Customs Inspection Area for Containers at King Abdul-Aziz Port, this Project provided under Contract No. 180B. The project scope is to create separate areas related to the different departments for customs and each area has its own facilities: Container Stacking Area, Open Shed Area, Bonded Cargo / Containers Area, Warehouses Area, X-Ray Area & etc. Reclamation activities had been done by the means of off - shore dredging and in-shore filling for 7, 500, 000 M³. In addition to reclamation the scope of work including the executing of shore protection works, also more than 110, 000 M² asphalt roads and 150, 000 M² Heavy Duty Paving in Concrete.
Construction of Gas Turbine Power Plant 50 MW at King Abdul-Aziz Port, this Project provided under Contract No. 104. The scope of work consisting of Civil/Structural/Architectural and Works of GT Area Foundations (20 Structural Foundations), Cable trench (150 Lm), 2 Nos. Fuel Storage Tanks & Dike Wall, 2 Nos. Water Storage Tanks Mat Foundations, One storey Control Room Building (20 M x 8 M) and construction of 2 storeys Admin & Operation Building (25M x 20 M).

Responsibilities:

 Assisted the Project manager & managing the day to day planning and engineering initiatives.
 Carry out duties as Project Manager when assigned this role.
 Identifying problems or opportunities that support the projects and the operations.
 Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.
 Carry out all Project Co-ordinator duties for the projects assigned.
 Monitor project resource levels and report any shortage or excess.

This Project provides under BI-10-00669, Upgrade Security Facilities Eastern/Central Bulk Plant. The objective of the project is to enhance security and protection of Saudi Aramco employees and assets by providing the replacement of existing security gatehouses with improved facilities at various sites within the Company Southern Operations Area. It will improve the working condition and make the gatehouses in full compliance with the company and government standards. This BI also includes provision of Caretaker Building, Kennel K-9 Building, Isolation and Storage Magazine Building. The main scope is to provide new gatehouses to replace the existing, construct new sunshades, new support buildings with prayer room, communication room, electrical room and toilet, ID Office and all the required utility services, therein.
Responsibilities:

 Assisted the QA manager, Project manager.
 Verified the existing site conditions, substrate surfaces openings, and like conditions, are acceptable for subsequent work and whether it was described in individual Construction Specification Sections.
 Monitored construction progress and reported back to Project management team.
 Managed communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project.
 Coordinated and interfaced with the Client and Contractor for project management, project controls, procurement and construction requirements.

 Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
 Entails managing and controlling all construction operations.
 Ensure that construction projects are completed within the given time frame, within budget, to the appropriate quality and safety standards.
 Ensuring regulations relating to health safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to.
 Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.

This Project includes civil, finishing, electro-mechanical and security works at KAYAN main gate and shipping gates including all industrial civil works related to hydraulic barriers, turnstiles, security building, x-ray building and SSD-I fence, earthworks, duct banks, culverts, asphalt works etc. This project also includes the modification of royal commission Road 184 inclusive of all deceleration and acceleration lanes.

Responsibilities:

 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;.

 Checking and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor, taking photos on a regular basis and also on account of defective work.
 Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site
 Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent.
 Prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
