Reclamation for Customs Inspection Area for Containers at King Abdul-Aziz Port, this Project provided under Contract No. 180B. The project scope is to create separate areas related to the different departments for customs and each area has its own facilities: Container Stacking Area, Open Shed Area, Bonded Cargo / Containers Area, Warehouses Area, X-Ray Area & etc. Reclamation activities had been done by the means of off - shore dredging and in-shore filling for 7, 500, 000 M³. In addition to reclamation the scope of work including the executing of shore protection works, also more than 110, 000 M² asphalt roads and 150, 000 M² Heavy Duty Paving in Concrete.
Construction of Gas Turbine Power Plant 50 MW at King Abdul-Aziz Port, this Project provided under Contract No. 104. The scope of work consisting of Civil/Structural/Architectural and Works of GT Area Foundations (20 Structural Foundations), Cable trench (150 Lm), 2 Nos. Fuel Storage Tanks & Dike Wall, 2 Nos. Water Storage Tanks Mat Foundations, One storey Control Room Building (20 M x 8 M) and construction of 2 storeys Admin & Operation Building (25M x 20 M).

Responsibilities:

 Assisted the Project manager & managing the day to day planning and engineering initiatives.
 Carry out duties as Project Manager when assigned this role.
 Identifying problems or opportunities that support the projects and the operations.
 Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.
 Carry out all Project Co-ordinator duties for the projects assigned.
 Monitor project resource levels and report any shortage or excess.
 Determine what verification needs to be done to ensure that the project work is error free and ensure that allowance is made for the time, resources and training considered necessary for this.
 Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications
 Assist with project QA/QC and commissioning systems and documentation.
 Review and approve company designs and deliverables as meeting the project objectives.
 Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives.
 Preparing the engineering budget, project schedules and project control budgets for mechanical projects.

Project : Upgrade Security Facilities Eastern/Central Bulk Plant.
Client : Saudi Aramco.

This Project provides under BI-10-00669, Upgrade Security Facilities Eastern/Central Bulk Plant. The objective of the project is to enhance security and protection of Saudi Aramco employees and assets by providing the replacement of existing security gatehouses with improved facilities at various sites within the Company Southern Operations Area. It will improve the working condition and make the gatehouses in full compliance with the company and government standards. This BI also includes provision of Caretaker Building, Kennel K-9 Building, Isolation and Storage Magazine Building. The main scope is to provide new gatehouses to replace the existing, construct new sunshades, new support buildings with prayer room, communication room, electrical room and toilet, ID Office and all the required utility services, therein.
Responsibilities:

 Assisted the QA manager, Project manager.
 Verified the existing site conditions, substrate surfaces openings, and like conditions, are acceptable for subsequent work and whether it was described in individual Construction Specification Sections.
 Monitored construction progress and reported back to Project management team.
 Managed communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project.
 Coordinated and interfaced with the Client and Contractor for project management, project controls, procurement and construction requirements.
 Reviewed and evaluated the effectiveness of the Quality System and verified the compliance of work output with or identified areas of non-conformity to specifications, standards and conditions specified in the contract.
 Ensured that the vendors/suppliers Quality assurance capabilities are evaluated and approved prior to awarding purchase order to any vendor.
 Ensured consistent adoption of client quality standards and specification to the project.
 Ensured consistency of the QA/QC procedures, standards and specification applied throughout the project.

This project mainly consists of six residential blocks and each block made up of 14 apartments. This project also includes the development of site plan (Hardscape & Landscape), construction of health club and indoor swimming pool for along with its support facilities.

Responsibilities:

 Sets up the estimates, the budgets and the construction timetable for the client and develops the construction strategy.
 Selects the subcontractors and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project.
 Coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists.
 Ensures the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
 Responder & ready to make the changes required to move the project past the issue when delays or problems occur.
 Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial & ready to make the changes required to move the project past the issue when delays or problems occur & reporting to a high standard.

Project : Saudi Aramco Integrated Security Upgrade (SAISU) Program - ISUP
Client : Saudi Aramco.

This Project includes the Construction of: security equipment building, security shelters, SSD fence, Field Equipment Cabinets, Cameras & Mids, Radar & Long Range Camera Towers. This project includes the installation precast foundations, Conduit Stub Ups with concrete encasement, laying of fibre optic cables and power cables in addition to its termination.
Responsibilities:

 Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
 Entails managing and controlling all construction operations.
 Ensure that construction projects are completed within the given time frame, within budget, to the appropriate quality and safety standards.
 Ensuring regulations relating to health safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to.
 Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
 Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.

Project : Sheraton Dammam Hotel, Saudi Arabia.
Client : Sheraton Dammam.

This Project includes the Construction of Banquet Hall Extension in additions to site development which including all the hardscape activities and landscape activities. This project also includes the installation of perimeter precast fence.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
 Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
 Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
 Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
 Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
 Periodic inspection of construction sites.
 Ensure project documents are complete.
 Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

Project : Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex Project, Saudi Arabia.
Client : Flour Arabia Ltd.

This Project includes civil, finishing, electro-mechanical and security works at KAYAN main gate and shipping gates including all industrial civil works related to hydraulic barriers, turnstiles, security building, x-ray building and SSD-I fence, earthworks, duct banks, culverts, asphalt works etc. This project also includes the modification of royal commission Road 184 inclusive of all deceleration and acceleration lanes.

Responsibilities:

 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;.
 Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
 Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labors force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

This Project includes civil & finishing works (Gypsum walls, CMU walls, floor & wall tiling, painting, false ceiling, wood, aluminum) of 50 residential villas and the international school at KAUST.


Responsibilities:

 Studying the work plan submitted by the contractor and suggests any modifications.
 To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.
 Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.
 Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site.
 Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials.
 Checking of layout and setting out of buildings w.r.t. existing structures and site levels.
 Preparing list of tests that may be required and following these tests to be carried out at site. Keeping a log of all test conducted at site.
 Checking and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor, taking photos on a regular basis and also on account of defective work.
 Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site
 Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent.
 Prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
 Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.
 Maintain a filing system for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and materials on site, reports and other documents and correspondence pertaining to the construction activities.
 Maintain a site order book to be made available for the consultants and senior officers to write comments or defects in construction noticed during site visits and carrying out compliance at site.
