 Maintain the filing system for all financial and
accounting documents
 Verify that all vouchers and supporting
documents are according to standards set in
the Financial Handbook, and enter them into
the accounting system
 Responsible for arranging, managing, and
preparing Post Backs
 Make approved payments
 Responsible for data entry under the
supervision of the Technical Finance Officer
 Comply with Financial Handbook and other NRC
policies

 Hold all the responsibility to coordinate
between our teams and customer engineers
(Huawei, Zain, Umniah)
 Preparing PO’s and invoices related to the
current project.
 Handling all logistics related to the project.
(Securing needed tools, Cars rent, Fuel
consumption, Damaged equipment,
inventory)
 Performing periodic reports to provide
suggestions to enhance the work process.
 Providing the needed statistics to improve the
quality of the employees work.
 Training and supervising new employees.
 Providing Technical Support to our teams.
 Managing all the issues related to the project
from the engineering to the management
levels.

 Performing site survey, and preparing
quotations accordingly.
 Contacting with equipment suppliers,
negotiating and comparing between prices.
 Providing the needed design that meets
customer’s needs.
 Implementing and configuring security
systems as designed.
 Supervising and training technicians.
 Periodic inventory check reports.

 Checking the wireless network performance
using TEMS and Probe.
 Analyzing log files using Probe Assistant and
TEMS Discovery.
 Providing the needed suggestions to
enhance the network quality.

 Performing the drive test to check the
quality of the wireless network.
 Supporting Team Leader to take the right
Actions to enhance the performance.
 Analyzing the generated log files using
GENEX Probe, and XCAL.
 Handling a one person project in a remote
city, and being responsible of all logistics
related to that project.
 Single Point of contact with vendors
(Huawei, NSN)
