Efficiently managed the EPC Contract (FIDIC 1999, Sliver Book), daily operations, and Client/ suppliers’ relationships. Key Projects: ADNEC - Capital Center, Phase 4- District Cooling Project (25K TR). (EPC Contract) - Saraya Development Abu Dhabi Corniche - UAE District Cooling Plan (20 TR), (EPC Contract - FIDIC 1999, Silver Book).

Primarily engaged in leading a Contractual and Technical team for execution of operations according to requirements of Employer and EPC Contract. Addressed the Contractual obligations of Contractor, whilst adjusting several deviations. Configured Claim documents with proper substantiation for Clients, also ensured that Interim Payment Application were issued on time.

• Composed Contractual letters with respect to retain rights of Contractor under the EPC Contract. Presented overall notices in a timely manner regarding the EPC Contract, while keeping up-to-date records of a Project.

• Inspected project progress for meeting agreed time and budget of the lump sum turn-key (LSTK) Contract, whilst revising technical and Contractual aspect of Subcontract agreements.

• Utilised a pull scheduling approach to deal with complex constraints for successful consequences to avoid Contractual consequences on the Contractor, as well as offered a wide range of technical instructions to team in a professional manner.

Acted as a MEP Subcontractor in the construction of Muscat new Airport, along with led design and build Contract (FIDIC 1999, Yellow Book), daily Contractual and Technical operations, Client involvement, and Suppliers relationships. Key Projects: Development of airports in sultanate of Oman (DASO) projects, Muscat-OMAN (OR 17M) - D&B Contract.

Attended Progress and Contractual meetings on a weekly basis for addressing all Contractual matters to Client while keeping proper records via Contractual letters. Developed an internal system, as well as recognised main areas for improvement of internal programmes. Capably managed all aspect of day-to-day operations of the Project, Client interaction and expectations based on Project site.

• Boosted and executed high quality assurance procedures for maximum profitability and efficiency while maintaining Contractual coverage to the Company, as well as optimised the creation and execution of approved construction policies and procedures.

• Adopted an effective approach to follow up the certification of Interim Payment Application with key customer.

Established strong rapport with Client and Engineer for certification of Interim Payment Applications, whilst overseeing of stakeholder’s interaction and expectations on a regular basis.
