My task for this position as following;
1- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
2- Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
3- Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
4- Handling local & Foreign purchases
5- Coordination between various departments in order to control the warehouses stocks .( Raw Material & spare parts & FG )
6- Evaluation and Search for new suppliers for Local Market & forgiven
7- Follow up and handling Logistics Process By arranged the land & sea freight shipment & Air Freight from issuing P.O until arrival the goods to our warehouses
8- Organize the storage and distribution of goods
9- Plan and manage the movement of goods in a supply chain, liaising with many parties including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
10-Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product
11- Support Commercial communications in support of the business objectives
12-Specify documentation and format including all internal documentation required for approval purposes and manage the process ensuring that documentation is provided from the Operational Team to the required schedule.
13-Control, manage and cover all raw materials from local market sources.
