-Implementation of new frequency plan features, TCC, SCGR, Abis & Verification.
-Optimization and changing of parameters in BSC in coordination with planning, project and RF section with CNA.
-New Site integration.
-Configuration of EnodeB DUS & baseband node.
-U900, mixed mode activation and sector expansion configuration.

-Handling BSS performance degradation issues (2G, 3G and 4G KPIs) for Ericsson and ZTE .
-Troubleshooting Access network problems (BSC, RNC, RBS &NodeB& e-nodeB).
-Support Field Maintenance engineers Activities in site for two vendor (ERICSSON -ZTE ).
-Analysis 2G/3G RAN system and RF KPIs .
-Handling Customer requests related to BSS end escalate it to L2 if required .
-Alarm Troubleshooting, for all BSS related nodes like (BSC, RNC, RBS &NodeB& e-nodeB)for 2 Vendors Ericsson and ZTE .
-Handling of tickets and issues escalating from FO and other stakeholders.
-Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets .
-using in AMOS/MOSHELL, OSS Common and other E/// tools in Troubleshooting .
-Investigation and analysis of critical technical fault for the LTE RAN network.
