• Going from paper to paperless: Implemented online cloud-based solution for the company to automate many processes and workflow from paper to digital forms using ZOHO One applications.
• Developed applications using ZOHO creator’s own language Deluge Programming such as Event management program, Company official letters tracking application, All in one-page application pool department-wise.
• Connecting Tendering department to Project management department for Project cost estimation control and project cost variation tracking.
• Company HRIS and Employee self-service system workflows, approvals, and email notification implementation from ZOHO People HR System.
• Work from home situation, enabled the company to work online successfully and the business being continued without any situational interruptions.
Construction projects IT Infrastructure:
I managed the procurement and implementation of following project’s IT infrastructure as per contractual requirements with the project owners.
1) Madinah PKG4 Hajj City, Madinah
2) Sulaiman Al Rajhi College Residential housing Project, Qassim
3) Ruah Al Madinah Project, Madinah
