• Description:
1- Identify the materials required for the project from the BOQ, drawings and specifications
2- Monitoring and approval of all Shop drawing submittals (direct interface with Design team) in particularly the subcontractors’ packages strictly in line with the scope of work, cost restraints and time frame as defined in the project execution plan and in compliance to company’s policy of promoting sustainability.
3- Perform the technical evaluation of subcontractor and assist in overall subcontractors’ evaluation.
4- Preparing prequalification, Material Submittals, method statements then the procurement schedule.
5- Establish delivery terms, time for long-lead items, and confirming the inspections test plans.
6- Tracking and expediting of Shipments.
7- Prepare and analyze the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.
8- Monitor the progress of the works and advise the Project Director of any delays that may affect the planned completion dates then, initiate remedial action if problems arise.
9- Preparing RFI based on Site Activities, BOQ, Specifications and Drawings.
10- Consultant acceptance/rejection, and other related follow up matters with Subcontractors and QC. Engineers until completion of Project.
11- Attend regular meetings and coordinate information between the stake holders (Client, PMC, Consultant, ID, Subcontractors).
• Project: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz for Developing the Security locations of the ministry of interior sectors- KAP5 - A, C, E.
• Location & value: KAP5-A, C, E (241 sites) with a total price of 9.7 Billion S.R.
• Owner: Ministry of Interior.

• Description: In this role, I am the member of a design management team responsible for keeping the design organized and running smoothly and works alongside the design manager to track and dispense all information to the various team members to do their jobs effectively. In addition to below main tasks:
1- Generate The Design management plan for the project, in particular, Design Strategy, (IFC) Deliverable Requirement, Codification & Document Controlling system, and Quality Procedure
2- Submitting all architectural DDS & SD in addition to needed RFI’s by Directing and supervising team activities.
3- Review the sub designer’s production to ensure following tender documents and submission sequence.
4- Internal Coordination work with all disciplines

I studied all tender documents related to 34 prototypes repeated for 80 sites then I started hereinafter duties:
1- Submitting all architectural DDS & SD in addition to needed RFI’s by Directing and supervising team activities.
2- Arrange workshop meetings with the consultant and subcontractors.
3- Putting subcontractors on track to get all engineering issues (prequalification-MAT-SD) approved.
4- Providing assistance to project manager in coordination between all disciplines for reviewing abortive work reports and design change cases.

In addition to previous main tasks, I was the member of a design management team (Technical Coordinator) responsible for reviewing, monitoring all sub designer’s production and ensuring they are following tender documents and submission sequence.
• Gained skills:
1- Coordinates between consultants, external agencies, subcontractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
2- Prepares all architectural SD for all materials, temporary works drawings, and site related design drawings.
3- Follow -up of the approval process.
4- Prepares all correspondence and documents related to the projects as required
5- Direct and supervise drafter’s activities.
• In this role, I was leading a team of technicians and outsourced vendors to undertake all preventive/corrective maintenance as well as supervision of new projects - detailed below- which includes inputs on design, site supervision/management, and review of drawings, proposals, method statements, and material submittals.
1- CAI station (Catering building + Maintenance complex + Four yards for equipment’s washing units and shades + Central warehouse + Scrap warehouse)
2- HRG station (Maintenance Complex + Equipment’s washing units and shades + Employees accommodation (five buildings))
3- LUX station (Equipment’s washing units and shades + Warehouse)
4- SHR station (Maintenance Complex + Employees accommodation (four villas) + Equipment’s washing units and shades)

1- I prepared all architectural SD for example (masonry, reflected ceiling, wet areas enlargements, flooring patterns, doors and windows, itch).
2- I submitted for approval all material submittals and raised needed RFI’s in coordination between structural and architectural drawings.
• Achievements:
1- Implemented (AutoCAD 2D&3D then 3Ds MAX and final Adobe Premiere) to direct animation movies presenting different design concepts.
2- Presented several proposals in colored sketches modified with Photoshop.
3- Submitted required working drawings according to Saudi standard for permits.
4- I was directly reported to Arch. Mohamed El Hamra (Executive Manager) and Arch. Mahmoud Rashad (Design Department Manager).
