Leads the Pre-sales/Consulting engagement and solutions & services development for Dimension Data’s Network Integration, Security Solutions and Converged Communications line of businesses.
Meet with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements, then provide technical solutions for the Identified requirements
Provided product updates and technical advice to clients - Explained technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
Work directly with customers, account teams and business units to build High level Designs (HLD), low level designs (LLDs), Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises and Network Implementation Plans (NIP). Design responsibilities include sizing, scalability planning, routing & traffic planning and service selection etc.
Worked with the sales team to develop selling strategy within the target accounts, create and deliver effective presentations and sales tools for the sales team.
Work closely with Dimension Data’s strategic vendors and interact with them regularly to obtain full knowledge of vendor roadmaps, new developments and new products and solutions offerings.
Our client database includes and not limited to SMB, Enterprise customers, government, and Service providers, where those clients span across the different business verticals.

Play a vital role in the authoring of technical design, engineering, planning, implementation, migration and troubleshooting of various networks and services.
Main responsibilities:
• Managing/Planning/Designing/Implementation of Etisalat Complex multivendor access&core networks integrated in UAE and internationally including all routers, switches, installations, maintenance, monitoring systems and support.
• Monitor network health and take corrective action when needed to improve the overall performance.
• Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and resources that standardize the functioning of the network
• Keeps up-to-date documentation and network diagrams of applications, systems, and network equipment
• Provide project management support for technical staff and other teams in the implementation, installation, configuration phases
• Provide training and orientations on our services for new and existing employees
• Follow up with customers queries and complains by e-mail/telephone and provide solutions/consultations to them based on their requirements.
• Provide 24X7 support for level-1 engineers and act as an escalation contact for our customers.
• To Plan and executes highly complex activities multivendor network software/hardware nodes and links upgrade with minimal downtime.
• Identify and recommend solutions appropriate to customer needs and responsible for ensuring feasibility of solutions offered through detailed diagnosis of customer requirements.
• Coordination and communication with business partners and ISP providers locally and internationally to implement and design new services based on our customer’s requirements.
Design, Implementation and support of Cisco Networking Solutions: Switching, Routing, Security. Administration of Cisco Call Manager and IPCC Express solution. Developing Projects & Technical documentation for the solutions implemented.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop, and implement integrated network architecture
• Provide project management support for technical staff in the implementation, installation, configuration, and technical support of computer and network architecture
• Manage all units daily activities including Routers, Switches, Call manager.
• Establish procedures for LAN/WAN connectivity over the network
• In Charge of Cabling infrastructure and IP Phones
• Connecting multiple sites using different technologies like : VPN, IP/VPN

I worked as a contractor for Cisco systems in the Advanced Services EMEA core technologies practice team in Dubai where I provided a Reactive and proactive assistance consultation services to some of the large enterprises and services providers.
The role involved developing the necessary planning and design documentation required for solution deployment and testing, including Low Level Design (LLD), Network Implementation Plan (NIP), Network Ready for Use (NRFU), and Network Migration Plan (NMP), Responsible for network design validation, software strategies, proof-of-concept testing, network auditing/sizing, pre-staging, pre-configuration, defect/security notifications, technical aspects of deployment planning and acceptance of Cisco products, acting as a subject matter expert in multiple network technologies, the role also consisted of a strong focus on all popular networking protocols, and Assisting Customers and partners in working towards Cisco’s best practices
I worked as a contractor for Cisco systems in Cisco TAC in the Architecture and LAN Switching team where I provided high level support to customers

The constitution has many schools and a computer laboratory in each one, my role was to maintain the computers (software & hardware ) beside the management of the LAN's, and to provide any technical support in the computer fields.
