The trip with INJAZ was full of challenges, establishing a worldwide NPO and strategise it as the market labor needs and dealing with the ministry of education and private sector at the same time.
Managed the implementation plan where i had the opportunity to develop operations and people, while that i kept managing several functions like MKT&PR in order to maintain the value proposition for our supporters as i worked closely with consultants in ministry of labor & ministry of education to enable INJAZ on a national scale.
I would consider the smooth running in operations which is managed by others an achievement for my contribution.
Business & Operational Modelling, Value creation, Strategic Planning and Operations & People Management are the area i am mastering.
Played several roles starting from the administrative till deep into the business, process development and operational risk administration were my area of responsibility.
Also played a major role when the world financial crises was, it affected my career positively and got me promoted to become the quality controller reporting back to the sector head with the KPIs reports and its recommendation plan.
I contributed also in system implementation, people development & cost effective management planning.
