Senior Educational Counsellor for UK, USA, New Zealand and Swiss universities/ Colleges covering Jordan- Iraq - Syria & Lebanon, running all Educom Overseas Operations along with preparing workshops and events, recruiting and training the staff in Lebanon, Syria & Iraq(Erbil) and making sure that business is running smoothly.
- placing adverts in the local newspapers and using all marketing means (TV, Radio stations, Mass E-mails, printed materials)…
- Attending all workshops and single events in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the Gulf and the UK.
Counseling students UG/PG & English Language ( counseling should cover the following tasks:
A- Following the student/Client educational records and advising accordingly.
B- Reserving the student/Client place in the university abroad, booking accommodation & preparing VISA application and all necessary documents.

C- Making sure that the client is satisfied with the service provided.

- Establishing connections with schools and universities in the countries where I operate after building a strong contact within the ministries of higher education (MOHE) and getting to know the educational system in each country.

- Preparing and planning a marketing campaign in each country we operate in.

- Establishing a relationship with the British Council & embassies in the counties we operate in and involving them in all events.

- Attending training sessions - Salford University international conference ( UK / Manchester ) for university Agents, participating members are agents from all over the world.

1. To follow all specified procedures to audit the shift closing of all front office staff, including personally closing shift three and completing an audit summary for each shift.
2. To produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions
3. To provide relief support to the hotel PBX operator during shift.
4. To follow all specified procedures to maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts, including running preliminary reconciliations, detail transactions and final reports to accounting and profit centers.
5. To follow all specified procedures to reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night, researching and posting any unresolved tickets from the day shifts.
6. Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.

8. Transmit credit card batches.
9. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.
10. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
11. Perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required; may assist in booking room reservations; may assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message.
12. May assist with other duties as assigned.

A Diploma in Hotel Management from the American Hospitality academy along with a hands on experience of working as a night Audit & front office at the Historic Inns of Annapolis - Maryland /USA. Throughout the internship program we have to finish twenty course in the hospitality industry, and by the end of the internship program students have to finish all courses and pass all quizzes related. The combination of study and work enabled me to gain more experience in the field of hotel management and since Annapolis is considered one of the historic and touristic areas in Maryland /USA, we had a busy schedule at the hotel all around the year which also effected my performance and ability to work under pressure.
