Manage and maintain monthly Sales forecasts on behalf of Product Managers and Distributors
• Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts & translate in the ERP system to improve forecasting techniques, method and approach.
• Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to help sales and PM in their forecast process (historical sales, market trends, and seasonality and inventory levels).
• Participate actively in the S&OP process, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction and promotions).
• Monitor and verify data accuracy within the ERP system and sales forecast tools.
• Report a Monthly presentation to HQ (in Korea) on the sales achievement of our company, identify the root cause of the gap between our forecast and the actual and establish an action plan
- Managed in the weekly S&OP meeting (Sales & Operation Plan) with Product Managers team, Sales team and Supply Chain team in order to discuss current issues (Supply, Sales and AR issues) and set a weekly action plan.
- Managing PSI Data after collecting the row Data from LG Distributor Supervisor.
- Make Sell in (Sell From LG to Distributors) Simulation and Auto PO.
• Ensure the opening of the Credit Line and manage the shipping documents.
Supervise the daily warehouse’s operations, control and check the stock rotation, support and supervise the inventory controllers, transport coordinators and the data entry operators, prepares reports of inventory balance, replying to the each customer’s queries, make a daily follow up with the IN/Outbound transactions and ensures that the services provided to the clients are according to the customer profile.
Supervise the day- to-day operations within the Distribution Centre in terms of receiving, checking, storing, picking, stock control activities, Quality, Health & Safety, and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely, reliable and cost effective manner. Also, Reporting to the warehouse Manager, by supervising systems through customer service representatives and the Inventory Team, manage the Perpetual Inventory, making sure it is conducted as per schedule and accurately reported with variances quarantined in the system on a daily basis whereby achieving the agreed target of order fulfillment, manage the Inbound & Outbound system functionality and Inbound & Outbound documentation and ensure the team reports are up to date. And ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The CSR is the responsible for the coordination with the clients or clients representatives for transactional requirements related the warehouse management system to ensure valid coordination with operations and shop floor team to ensure that the client orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the service level agreement.
The main duties were welcoming the clients and present the products, prepare the orders and the invoices for the clients and the raw material providers in coordination with the production manager and accounting department, manage the stock and provide a weekly stock counting report to the manager and figure out all the discrepancies between stock and physical and set the needed action plan to clear the critical situations.
