- Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
- Leverage various resources to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and personally drive the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process.
- Evaluating candidates and work on their hiring (Assessment processes).
- Provides/reports metrics as required for the management team and participates in projects that aim to boost department's efficiency in terms of reporting.
-Prepares the monthly payroll of Orascom Construction’s employees by mid-month using Oracle.
-Communicates with the HR operations in sites concerning the variables of all OC employees in order to prepare the payroll changes sheet as per OC’s human resources policies and procedures.
-Processes the employees transfers between sites and auditing on tracking sheets of the personnel team.
-Prepares and maintains monthly separate payments for OC’s resigned employees and their settlements.
-Handles employees payroll related requests through the Portal in due time (Loans, Court orders, etc.).
-Responsible for the processing of monthly payroll to the all companies of Raya Holding using HITS.
-Perform all activities necessary to process the payroll including gathering payroll data through following HR teams to get the M & Q changes.
-Responsible for auditing on the personnel tracking sheets, such as (CEO’s offer letters yearly check) and (contracts, hiring and terminating approvals) and check on (mobile, ADSL, Premium, Medical invoices).
-Prepare the Bank transfer sheets and the final reports for the final confirmation and finalize the monthly invoice of the payments detailed report for the finance team.
-Finalize the Bank transfers (Bank, Salary Cards of Raya Holding) in due time.
-Staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and work on their hiring (Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing).
-Assessing candidate resumes and credentials.
-Use social media and other web-based services to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. job requirements.
