and outages, , scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network archtichets on network optimization
 Reporting network operational status by gathering prioritizing information.
 Remotely assisting users.
 Daily/ weekly/ mothly Reports.
 Preventive maintenance every 3 months.
 Using Visio to draw a real map for the network environment.
 Upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases.
 On-site support.
