• arranging appointments with Beauty clinic teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
• Making presentations to Beauty Specialists, practice staff in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in their clinics or our offices during the day, or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue;
• organizing Events for our Clients and other staff;
• building and maintaining positive working relationships with the staff and supporting administrative staff;
• keeping detailed records of all contacts;
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
• keeping up to date with the latest update data machine supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations;
• monitoring competitor activity and competitors' machines;
• developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the Beauty and healthcare sector;
• staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.

• Act Liaison officer between the agency and MetLife Alico administration officer.
• Implement MetLife Alico’s control and other procedures with an agency.
• Assist the Agency Manager to administer the agency’s affairs with the guidelines of the MetLife Alico’s policies.
• Assist agents when necessary; follow up with application forms and conditional receipts.
• Assist policy holders and refer to customer service department where necessary.
• Make sure that all agents, unit managers and agency managers are acting in the best interest of MetLife Alico and in line with their agreements.
• Notify MetLife Alico immediately of any litigation, court orders, and other notifications received by the agency and relating or affecting MetLife Alico.
