Handling all business operations of multiple accommodation camps in South Sinai, including sales, business research & development, marketing, facilities management, client relationship management while leading a team of 40+ within 4 sites.
In charge of JPMorgan Chase bank & Japan Tobacco International (JTI) accounts including all business aspects from daily facilities management operations, budgeting, procurement, logistics to HR & legal while leading a team of 12 within 3 sites including corporate offices & warehouses.
Supervised all on-going and new projects by coordinating between all relevant stakeholders from clients, contractors, interior designers to Enlighten’s internal departments (design, technical, finance, logistics & procurement) to create a full lighting scheme, space assessment and provide different lighting design solutions as well as products for residential and commercial properties.
Coordinated multiple concurrent projects prioritizing them with delivery dates for NBN (National Broadband Network) to deliver internet services to local & global organizations (end-users) as well as maintaining database systems throughout all project stages from initiation to completion.
In charge of all facilities management operations for CitiBank Egypt account providing a broad scope of hard and soft services, leading a team of 20 within 3 sites and being CBRE’s main point of contact for the client.
Being on the client’s side, provided CIB employees with maintenance services that support organizational objectives as well as supervising all third party companies on their work and inspecting branches for QA.
