• Credit Officer at Arab Investment Bank "AIBK", January 2016 till present where I am responsible for :
-Authorizing loans and overdraft facilities
-Setting up saving accounts and bonds
-Assisting in the movement of money via payment mechanisms.
- Increase sales of financial products and services, attract new customers and manage a team of staff.
-Dealing with customer complaints that can't be solved by the front line staff
-Implementing the new products, services and processes devised by head office
representing the bank within the wider community and building relevant contacts
opening and closing the branch daily and ensuring that the premises are fit for business.
Provide debit and credit transactions .
- Provide Local, International transfers "Swift Payments" with different currencies .
- Provide Branch daily Administration movements " BR. Expenses, Couriering, ....."
- Handle office correspondence such as drafting letters and emails to clients on the organization’s behalf .
- Prepare web banking checks and take appropriate action on returned web banking checks .
- Respond to enquiries about account statuses and provide clients with transaction reports .
- running processes to clear and settle transactions .
- reconciling systems by checking that the data flows from the revenue-generating front office to the operations systems (operations control) .
- monitoring the activity and reports of daily transactions .
- investigating breaks in the cash account within an investment bank .
- liaising with clients regarding transaction settlements, as and when required .
- troubleshooting system problems.
• Attending SMEs client’s calls’ with superiors and preparing the related call memos.
• Approaching good SMEs potential clients and proposing the new facilities grant to them.
• Conducting full and detailed financial statement analysis for existing and potential clients.
• Preparing credit proposal memos including a full quantitative and qualitative analysis of clients along with the proposed facilities package.
• Assisting in conducting market studies for existing/new clients within a specific industry to assess the client’s position within a specific industry/sector.
• Following up and closely monitoring accounts on a regular basis to ensure that approved limits abide to terms and conditions.
• Organizing credit files and regularly updating them with the required documents.
• Preparing all internal memos regarding credit accounts.
• Preparing the letters addressed to corporate clients, financial, and legal institutions.
• Providing the technical support to participant banks in the governmental national bread distribution program including handling the program’s fund transfers to these banks.
• Following up the participant bakeries & groceries to identify their actual financial needs and to assure the right delivery for the governmental subsidy to its targeted classes.
• Supporting the newly applied governmental service of electronically delivering the subsidy to its targeted classes through the designed POS machines for this target and following up the implementation of this program.
• Handling the customer's received tickets either through receiving a specific service request or reporting a service inquiry.
• Trying to solve the customer's received service problems that may occur during providing the company's services through our technical department to assure the company's customer satisfaction.
• Providing Vodafone Cash Transfer Service between Vodafone deferent branches for Vodafone customers after revising the customer’s data to ensure the service right delivery.
