Worked in Methods and Tools department. Two different missions:
1: Formalize and maintain the Information Management System Maps and Roadmaps. I analyzed, categorized and formalized data related to the project, and proposed different analysis approaches for the IMS Maps and for evolutions planning (road mapping). Also, I developed a database with user interface for teams that will carry on the work after me.
2: Assessment of a 3rd party software (Navisworks Manage). I studied, practiced, and mastered the software in order to assess it. Then I created a user-guide, recommended ‘best practices’, and advised important improvements to the developers.
