Make continual training programs (GHP - GMP - HACCP - Quality - Food safety - … etc.) for all workers
- Review the Implementation and efficiency of quality, food safety and OH&S systems.
- Update FSSC system from version 5 to version 5.1
- Ensure that all (ISO9001:2015 - FSSC 22000 V5.1 - ISO 45001:2018) items applied on production lines by
make continual audit
- Manage all supplier audit for all suppliers
- Prepare and lead yearly internal audit program against quality systems and food safety audits
- Lead external audits for quality systems against all the standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, FSSC, ),
NFSA, HALAL and Customers audits.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Establish and Following all Quality, Food safety and HSE systems
- ensure that all systems had been implemented according to international standards
- Make continual training programs (GHP - GMP - HACCP - Quality - Food safety - … etc.) for all workers
- Prepare and lead yearly internal audit program against quality systems and food safety audits
- attend all audits such as national food safety authority audit, certification bodies and clients audits
