implementation following the Oracle Unified Method (OUM), including High Level Analysis (HLA),
Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Fit / Gap Analysis (FGA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Master Data
& Transactional Data collection, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.
* Managed the testing of ERP & HCM system updates on the test instance prior to their roll-out on the
production instance.
* Managed all ERP users, user roles and daily system maintenance tasks.
* Conducted routine audits of ERP & HCM system use to ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.
* Managed a team of IT staff providing troubleshooting and end user support to all employees.
* Managed the company’s software license use to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
