• Working directly with the CEO and Managing Partner on the planning & execution of corporate strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Responsible for periodic reporting on the company's performance to the Board of Directors. Reports include tracking of various departmental and corporate KPI's, running cohort analyses, identifying trends and making recommendations for the growth and overall betterment of the company.
• Involved in all investor-related matters, including building investor decks, identifying areas for synergies, communicating directly with potential investors and executing on agreed upon tasks.
• Working directly with Finance on financial reporting, building 5-year budgets & projections and company valuations.
• Responsible for identifying and managing key strategic partnerships.
• Played an integral part in landing a deal with the KSA Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the biggest deal in the company's history. This involved building proposals, company presentations and financials.
• Acting as a key contact person and liaison for partners, projects and potential clients in KSA. I am responsible for providing product demos and presentations, liaising with RGH teams, overseeing projects and final delivery.
• Assessing business lines, streamlining operations & communication between departments, mapping out the acquisition of new business opportunities in Gulf & Middle East regions and RFP evaluation.
• Secured a valuable Family Entertainment Center project in Riyadh; conducting field visits, completing a market feasibility assessment, liaising with RGH personnel in LA and Dubai, and overseeing project execution.
• Secured a key client to expand into the Iranian market, identifying market entry channels and potential partners.
• Reported directly to the Director developing and assembling the framework upon which the corporate strategy would be created. Also involved in drawing up business proposals for investors, developing expansion strategies, assembling the product roadmap, working on internal organisational structure & culture, and carrying out rigorous studies of the company’s main divisions & designing of the new departmental workflow.
• Member of a team leading a major project to expand operations in the US to integrate the SIS solution into the educational system of Oklahoma. Tasks included SWOT/competitor analyses, creating the design for the website, product presentation, pricing, financial analyses and sales strategies.
• Took charge of putting together a full feasibility study of different UK locations for an R&D office; looked into financials, competition, general ecosystem, talent pool available, and accessibility among others.
• Led a three person research team responsible for creating an extensive research report about SIS platforms in the US market. Supervised the entire research process as well as writing up the report, doing in-depth analyses and outlining recommendations.
• Six week internship programme in the Advisory - Deals Department
• Completed three main assignments: an industry overview of the banking industry in Jordan, an internal
white paper corresponding with members of the department, and a group valuation case study.
• Further developed my research and analytical skills. Highlighted my team-working and communication abili- ties. Demonstrated my presentation and audience interaction skills. Finally, I gained crucial insights into
various valuation techniques including; Net-Asset Valuation Approach, Market Ratio Approach and Dis- counted Cash-Flow/Income Approach.
• Gained experience in the departments of Sales, Logistics, Auditory and Accounting.
• Aided in the evaluation and improvement of the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Secured a holistic view of the different operations of the company.
• Rotated as a trainee between back office, customer relations and teller departments.
