• Prepare and update project schedule.
• Set weekly look ahead of works to the subcontractors.
• Hold a weekly meeting with the subcontractors to discuss their progress, delays and
area of concern.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues.
• Monitor work progress and prepare weekly report.
• Update weekly internal and client’s reports.
• Attend weekly meeting with the consultant representative to discuss work progress.
• Create reports reflecting work progress to the top management.
• Work with the team to recommend recovery plans, and update the schedule.
• Provide planning advice to the project manager as and when required.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Monitor, analyze and report variance between planned and actual project costs to control the variance
• Prepare monthly cost report.
• Issue cash-in and Cash-out Reports and target revenue per quarter.

 Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.

1. Write claims and variations using the contract FIDIC Pink book.
2. Issue interim payment certificate for various subcontractors.
3. Inspect internal finishing in the museum to see the work progress.
4.Do a quantity surveying for Mall Of Egypt for three months.
