⦁ Worked as Construction Manager in Nesma United Industries CO Ltd since 02/07/2019 till 21/02/2022, in the following projects :
The Village mall - for Al-Jawhara Al-kubra for real estate development and investment (Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co.), construction of the skeleton and finishing works
Duties:
⦁ Assigning tasks and responsibilities to site team including engineers and foremen.
⦁ Supervision of construction works to be completed within budgeted time, cost, productivity, and quality standards.
⦁ Optimization of overall construction manpower, equipment, and materials allocation on site to meet targets.
⦁ Assisting in preparation of project schedule, manpower schedule, material Log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof in coordination with planning and cost control units
⦁ Monitoring all sub-contractor works to ensure that the works are as per the job specifications, timeline and contract requirements.
⦁ Reviews and comments on methods statements issued by QA/QC to ensure timely compliance and execution of the works.
⦁ Responsible for the timely relaying of daily site progress reports to Projects Control.
⦁ Responsible of the safety at site in coordinatination with safety teams.
- Working as Project Engineer in the following projects :
1- Dora Dora Project for corn products factory for MEFSCO in Alkaharj, Saudi Arebia
From 19/01/2016 till 01/08/2017, a project of 50, 000 m2 built up area, several PEB (steel structure) and RC buildings, with total amount of 108 Million SAR.
2- Bake Roll and Pizzetti project for Almarai in Hail, Saudi Arebia
From 02/08/2017 till 26/05/2018, a project of 5, 000 m2 built up area, a PEB (steel structure), with total amount of 38 Million SAR.
3- AMAZON Logistic Warehouse, in Jeddah port, Saudi Arebia
From 27/05/2018 till present, a renovation project of 21, 600 m2 built up area, for PEB (steel structure), with total amount of 18 Million SAR.
Duties:
o Responsible of CSA activities in the projects.
o Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with construction of project activities to meet schedule deadlines.
o Estimating construction activities manpower, equipment, and material requirements
o Familiar with Steel structure erection and cladding activities.
o Report to project manager on progress of activities, and studying the job specifications to determine the proper construction method.
o Attending daily meetings and weekly progress meetings with client, construction team, and sub-contractors.
o Implementation of method statements, quality control programs, and material submitting.
- Worked as Site Engineer in Saudi Oger LTD from 22/2/2014 - 16/1/2016, in King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for Development Of Security Facilities (KAP-1 project) in Qasim, Saudi Arabia,
Duties:
o Responsible of three sites, (Traffic section, Administration Building, and Civil defence section) with total contract amount of 55 Million SAR.
o Site supervision of civil works includes both skeleton and finishing stages of projects, Pouring around 2500m3 of reinforced concrete, following different types of activities (Excavation, Backfill, Block works, Plastering, Tiling, False ceiling and Gypsum Board systems, Painting, Granite cladding, Curb-stone installation and asphalt paving … etc).
o Attending meetings with construction departments, consultants, and sub-contractors.
o Preparing daily reports and updating the work progress of each project while reporting to construction and project manager.
o Coordination with QA/QC, Safety, and Planning engineers, and other construction departments (Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC) in site, And following material with procurement department, and engineering department for any issue may arise.
- Worked as Supervisor Engineer in Eng. Zaki Sayed Ahmad Bureau Architects and Consultants from 4/8/2012 - 15/2/2014, In Villas and Commercial Buildings in Amman, Jordan
Duties:
o Site supervision to ensure that all works are done as per the approved drawings and contract specifications, including both skeleton and finishing works.
o Planning activities and monitoring progress during
each phase of the project while ensuring quality of work is done
o Inspecting all materials used and work performed to be as per approved specifications.
o Preparing Schedules and weekly reports using Primavera 6 software.
- Worked as Estimation Engineer in National Aluminum Factory Company (Nafco) from 5/3/2011 to 18/6/2012, Specialist Company in Aluminum and Glazing works in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties :
o Quantity Surveying and Estimation of Towers and Different Height Buildings projects, And Preparing Quotations for Tender and On-Going projects
o Checking of Shop Drawings
