The Village mall - for Al-Jawhara Al-kubra for real estate development and investment (Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co.), construction of the skeleton (Cast in Situ and Precast works) and finishing works

Duties:
o Assigning tasks and responsibilities to site team including engineers and foremen.
o Supervision of construction works to be completed within budgeted time, cost, productivity, and quality standards.
o Optimization of overall construction manpower, equipment, and materials allocation on site to meet targets.
o Assisting in preparation of project schedule, manpower schedule, material Log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof in coordination with planning and cost control units

- Worked as Site Engineer in Saudi Oger LTD from 22/2/2014 till 16/1/2016, in King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for Development Of Security Facilities (KAP-1 project) for Ministry of Interior (MOI) in Qasim, Saudi Arabia,

Duties:
o Responsible of three sites, (Traffic section, Administration Building, and Civil defence section) with total contract amount of 55 Million SAR.
o Site supervision of civil works includes both skeleton and finishing stages of projects, following different types of activities (Excavation, Backfill, Reinforced concrete works, Block works, Plastering, Tiling, False ceiling and Gypsum Board systems, Painting, Granite cladding, Curb-stone installation and asphalt paving … etc).
o Attending meetings with construction departments, consultants, and sub-contractors.
o Preparing daily reports and updating the work progress of each project while reporting to construction and project manager.
o Coordination with QA/QC, Safety, and Planning engineers, and other construction departments (Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC) in site, And following material status with procurement department, and engineering department for any issue may arise.

- Worked as Supervisor Engineer in Eng. Zaki Sayed Ahmad Bureau Architects and Consultants from 4/8/2012 till 15/2/2014, In Villas and Commercial Buildings in Amman, Jordan

Duties:
o Site supervision to ensure that all works are done as per the approved drawings and contract specifications, including both skeleton and finishing works.
o Planning activities and monitoring progress during
each phase of the project while ensuring quality of work is done
o Inspecting all materials used and work performed to be as per approved specifications.
o Preparing Schedules and weekly reports using Primavera 6 software.
