Visit all company's branches, a total of 40 branches distributed across Lebanon.
Follow up on the sales of each branch, support the branch and develop plans to boost sales and profit.
Report all mistakes and comments found in the branches.
Prepare daily reports, and submit them to my direct manager.
Cooperate my work with the main departments of the company (Stationery, Marketing, Books, Services), to maintain the same image across all branches.
Follow up on customers complaint and intervene to solve major complaints and problems.
Supervise a branch work and replace an absent manager when needed at any branch/location.
Make sure all company rules and procedure are being applied correctly, report any mistake and solve it immediately when possible.

Preparing budget plan, applying a money collection procedure to fund the renovation plans, and preparing a real expenses reports for the property owners/committee.
Follow up on daily reports submitted by the maintenance team.
Entering the data, organizing the files and issuing scheduled reports for the managers.

During the Training program, i had the chance to train and interact with 3 main departments at the company (Sales & Marketing and IT).
Sales & Marketing: with their Sales Manager, who used to schedule meeting with customers to introduce them to the company and creating potential customers, also closing deals.
IT: With the company's maintenance staff who introduced me to the systems and software they use, how they are installed and configured based on customers demands.
Completed my MBA studies and submitted a graduation thesis and project related to the importance of adopting CRM within a company software/system to increase the customer interaction and customer satisfaction.
Completed my studies within 3 years, and submitted a graduation project based on a web application for an Insurance Broker System that aids the user (Broker) to easily interact with his clients and with the insurance companies, and with the bank as well. the Web application provided reports for the user of the due date and remaining dues on each user as well as a search engine for faster browsing within the application. this project was among the top 3 projects submitted to the committee.
