- Manage and perform the design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site.
- Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and applied.
- Enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.
- Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
- Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to ensure a successful project life cycle.
- Provide support to preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications, selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
- HOD Water Factory Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
- Extend equipment life cycle by creating new SOP and update the old SOPs/ preventive maintenance.
- Work with nestle policy (NCE, GA, LDV, Maintenance foundation, SHE, and problem-solving (BDA, GSTD) )
- Mix the technology with the production line.
- Rerun stopped machines by redesign and commission these machines.
- FANUC Robotics training was successfully completed.
- Drawing the electrical wiring designs using WSCAD.
- Programming Siemens PLCs and do the entire configuration needed to run the factories.
- Using Wincc Flexible as a SCADA system.
- Familiar with TIA-Portal for PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Commissioning of new factories (over 45 production line) and troubleshooting.
- Traveling over 17 country.
- Drawing the electrical wiring designs using WSCAD.
- Programming Siemens PLCs and do the entire configuration needed to run the factories.
- Using Wincc Flexible as a SCADA system.
- Familiar with TIA-Portal for PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Commissioning of new factories (over 45 production line) and troubleshooting.
- Traveling over 17 country.
- Design and program PLC, Industrial Automation Systems, Supervisory Control and DATA Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- Drawing the electrical wiring designs using ePlan. Programming OMRON PLCs and do the entire configuration needed to run the factories.
- Build up new database system for Weighting Systems, Temperature controllers, and Counters using at industrial needs.
