• Manage full project scope as primary site and Project Management Office (PMO) interface, coordinating between the
client, main contractor, consultant (Hill International), and multiple subcontractors across all project phases.
• Lead the engineering submissions phase by preparing, reviewing, and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs), material
submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Manage the full procurement and contract administration cycle for subcontracted works and materials, including
Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation, bid evaluation, commercial negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Develop, maintain, and update the project master schedule, including baseline management, critical path analysis,
progress tracking, and two-week look-ahead planning.
• Monitor construction execution across all active work fronts, ensuring adherence to Issued-for-Construction (IFC)
drawings, project specifications, and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports, budget and cost variance analysis, and risk registers to senior
management and key stakeholders.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance on site through daily toolbox talks and safety inspections
across all work areas.

• Supported the Project Manager across planning, execution, and client interface to ensure timely delivery of all project
milestones and deliverables.

Madinat Al-Woroud Residential Project (100+ Villas)
• Supervised daily on-site construction activities across a 100+ villa residential development, ensuring compliance with
quality and safety standards.
• Reviewed and verified shop drawings for compliance with project specifications and approved designs.
• Inspected Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations and facilitated required site tests, ensuring proper
documentation of results.
• Prepared work and inspection requests and coordinated with site teams to ensure timely material deliveries and task
execution.
• Monitored daily site activities and progress, reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.
• Oversaw snag-list rectification and completion works across all villa units.
• Managed the successful handover of 100+ villas to the client.
• Led post-handover maintenance operations, directing the maintenance team in addressing client concerns and ensuring
villa functionality and quality after delivery.
