Managing the project “Construction of Roads and Infrastructure in South of Al Meshaf- Package 4”. The Project is under “Enhanced Contract” and consisted of the construction of a 22 Km or road and full infrastructure networks including the construction of micro-tunneling work for 9 KM.
Total value of the project is 434 Million QAR, PWA - Ashghal is the client, Dorsch Gruppe Middle East International are the supervising consultant.

Managing the project “Construction of Roads and Infrastructure in Al Sheehaniya - Package 1”. The Project is under “Enhanced Contract” and consisted of the construction of a 13 Km or road and full infrastructure networks and the construction of a SW pumping station and 2 water ponds and micro-tunneling work for 2 KM.
Total value of the project is 315 Million QAR, PWA - Ashghal is the client, Parsons International are the supervising consultant and Al Jaber Engineering is the Main Contractor.

Leading the construction works of the project “Roads and Infrastructure in Smaisma South - Package 2”. The Project is under “Enhanced Contract” and consisted of the construction of a 24 Km or road and full infrastructure network and the construction of a pumping station and rising main as well microtunneling work for 4.5 KM.
Total value of the project is 319 Million QAR, PWA - Ashghal is the client, KEO International Consultants are the supervising consultant and Al Jaber and Partners is the Main Contractor.

Leading the construction team of the “A Ring Road Improvement Scheme” project consisted of the reconstruction and upgrading of approximately 6.7 kilometers of arterials along with parallel service roads and 9 intersections to signalized junctions and includes upgrading the Potable water, Storm Water, Foul Sewer, Ooreedo, UGN and Electrical networks and as well a valuable part of micro tunneling.
My duties include as well interface management and representing the project in stakeholders meetings in the most congested and complicated area of the old Doha.
Total Value of the project is 100 Million US$, ASHGHAL (PWA) is the client and Italconsult are the supervising consultant.

Reporter to Senior Project Manager, leading the construction works of the project “Design and Build of Earthworks and Site Grading of QEZ 3 - Um Al Houl Economic Zone” for a total area of 13 Million Square meters and the earthwork and drainage related to the construction of coastal road and adjacent plots.
My duties include leading a team of 650 persons and 250 heavy machines in coordination with safety, Planning, QA/QC, QS and Design departments to deliver the work in full compliance with applicable standards, as well representing the project in official meetings with the client and consultant resulting successful completion on time of all the project’s milestones.
Total Value of the project is 175 Million US$ PMCM are EGIS international and the Client is MANATEQ.

Designated for Project’s office works including Leading of Material Procurements and Sub-Contractors qualification and selection. As well my duties include advising the engineering team about selection of materials and specifications and advising the construction team about the method statements of the works. I represented the contractor in formal meetings and during snagging/closing phase.
The Project is multi-phased EPIC Project consisted of earthworks, infrastructures and Road works for a future Industrial Area, backfilling works of 6 Million Cu.M, the construction of 20 K.m of road network with all related infrastructure services including Sewer network, sewer pumping stations, surface water drainage, street lightning and electrical substations and network, Telecommunication network, TSE and Potable water networks …etc. Project Value is 245 Million US$, Client is Qatar Petroleum and End User is MIC.

Project Manager for “Facilities of Higher Education”: Management of the Design & Build project of site infrastructure development and construction of 3 School buildings in 3 Different locations in the Northern area of Afghanistan. Project’s value is 3, 000, 000 US$ (Design / Build) - Employer is US Army Corps of Engineers. And for “Ghazi High School Building in Kabul” - the project consists of Site infrastructure development and construction of two buildings of three stories with a value of 3, 300, 000 US$ - Employer is USAID and Project Manager is UNOPS (United Nations Office for Projects Services).

Leading the construction of different infrastructure Municipal Projects in Baalbeck-Hermel governorate, my duties included the qualification and selection of Sub-Contractors, QA/QC tasks and site supervision of the work.

Senior engineer in Al Ain Branch in charge in pricing, tender preparation for governmental projects, technical submittals preparation, Main Business of ARJ is Design, supply and installation of water handling equipment and Water treatment systems.

Site Supervision and construction leading as well coordination of Quality Control and Quantities Survey in El Qasr-El Hermel Road Project consisted mainly of the construction of 25 Km road with associated services including a potable water mainline and main sewer line, in service for contractor (J.V. Al Bounyan & the Combined Group). Project of Word Bank and MOGW, Consultancy services by J.V. Spectrum and Wilbur Smith Ass. Project’s Value is 5 Million US$.

Participation in studies, specifications and bids preparation and supervision in multiple rural development projects in Baalbeck- Hermel region including mainly potable water networks, artesian wells equipment, pumping stations, infrastructure projects and urban networks projects.
Participation in the identification of the strategic guidelines of North Bekaa sustainable development with UNOPS.
