Arranging domestic and international travel for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
Assist in issuing Business related and personal entry visas for clients
Meeting individual and account KPIs
Adhering to client's travel rules & regulations
• Tier 2 agents are responsible for Handling and resolving unforeseen events and complaints that face our clients
• Preforming Quality checks on PNRs before issuing or modifying them.
• Display The highest level of service is expected to resolve customer and agent requests in an efficient and timely manner.
• Agents provide knowledge and expertise to partner businesses & Tier 1 agents to effectively resolve any service-related issues, while balancing both the needs of the traveler and the business
• Handel offline work assignments in regards to flight, hotel & customer complaints via phone and email
• answer all inbound calls while adhering to department’s KPI standards.
• contact existing and potential OSN regional customers according to preset outbound campaigns.
• handle customer inquiries, complaints, payments’ extension and service requests.
• repair trust and increase customer retention by winning back customer loyalty.
• achieve individual retention and revenue targets and exceed within set deadlines.
• constantly be fully aware of OSN’s product knowledge, business rules, campaign activity and process.
• consistently update and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
• complete all paper & system based records..
