Develop Human Resource policies, procedures, and regulations to staff and top management with accordance to Local Labor Laws, IFC (International Finance Corporation) as well as ILO (International Labour Organization) standards.
• Develop COVID-19 Policy for implementation in Head Office and Site Office (Tafilah).
• Develop Employee Code of Conduct Policy for implementation.
• Develop compensation and benefit plans according to job requirements and job incumbents.

• Participating in design, configuration and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle's E-Business Suite.

• Preparing Training Manuals and Training videos for End Users.
• Conduct and lead Training Sessions for client end users on the ORALCE E-Business Suite and gathering feedback for system improvements.
