Currently training as an Apprentice CNC Machinist at Al Saadi, a specialized gold bangle and jewelry
workshop, where I am developing expertise in precision metalworking for luxury gold accessories.
Learning to blend traditional jewelry craftsmanship with modern CNC machining techniques to produce
high-quality gold bangles and ornamental pieces.
Core Responsibilities:
• CNC Machine Operation: Assisting in the setup and operation of CNC mills and engraving machines
specifically calibrated for gold and precious metals, ensuring precise cutting, shaping, and detailing of
bangle designs.
• Material Handling: Learning proper techniques for handling, securing, and machining high-value gold
stock with minimal waste and maximum precision.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished bangles for weight accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional
precision using jewelry-specific measuring tools and visual examination.
• Machine Maintenance: Performing daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of CNC
equipment to maintain the delicate tolerances required for fine jewelry production.
• Workshop Support: Collaborating with master jewelers to prepare raw materials, manage tooling, and
maintain organized workflow in a high-precision jewelry manufacturing environment.
Gaining hands-on experience in the intersection of computerized manufacturing and traditional
goldsmithing, focusing on the technical execution required for premium jewelry fabrication.
