Handling and following up on freight forwarding booking operations as well as the operational achievement of transport activities, in compliance with international law and restrictions to meet customers’ expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing booking requests from customers
• Assist in entering data of all provided container reservation in the related systems
• Support in preparing transport related documentation, reports, and invoicing
• Coordinate and communicate with internal (departments and entities) and external (customers) parties
