Duties & Responsibility:
• Preparing and implementing yearly indoor, outdoor and digital marketing plans which should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
• Dealing with outdoor marketing agencies.
• Participate in bazaars and events.
• Branding and brand awareness in and outside of Jordan.
• Make events in schools, universities, privet companies.
• Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
• Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising. Ensuring effective communication internally also.
• Manage major projects such as PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns and Trade show exhibits.
• Update Press Releases from outside agencies.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates. • Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
• Direct and manage Social Media & Marketing Assistant and provide support and guidance.
• Researching and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
• Issue on-going reports on all activities.
Duties & Responsibility:
• Preparing the annual Marketing & PR plan and Budget .
• Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• managing all aspects of marketing and PR .
• Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media platforms .
• Monitoring new product launch and provide the top management with the nots and reports .
• Proactively generate ways to advance the Company’s products in digital media, events and conference participation and other forms of advertising .
• Attend to conferences on behalf of Company/key employees.
• Manage and assist the team in maximizing membership potential with various local, regional and national memberships, associations and affiliations (Chamber of Commerce, CBAHI, ISO, etc)
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Continually evaluate the public relations and marketing actions.
