•To partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities.

• Responsible for recruitment; performance management; etc. Implementing HR initiatives and as a senior generalist you will advise, guide and support all staff and managers in the University; providing high level people management and development support across the company.
• Conduct background searches of all potential employees, including online social media activities or by advertising in domestic news papers, interviewing the applicants and handing the potential employee’s applications for approval.
• Carry out responsibilities involving the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and overseeing workplace consultative committees and take their suggestions for the further stage.
• Provide solutions about how to fill vacancies, manage performance, handle disciplinary action and manage grievances, also provide suggestions to improve the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations for promotional opportunities.
• Receiving job requisitions from department heads including the potential wages according with the departmental budget.
• Providing information about internal job vacancies by internal advertising on notice boards or via e-mail.
• Preparing needed contacts, put into words enactment for wages required according to annual salary surveying and wage payment system procedures.
• Formulating and preparing a general increases scheme according to productivity, years of experience and basic salaries.
• Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.
• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
