Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.

• Responsible for overseeing all disciplinary actions, including terminations. Process all associated paperwork.

• Preparing Payroll Changes.
• Maintains human resources by recording new hires, transfers, termination, changes in job classifications.
