• Senior Process Engineer On-shore gas gathering stations and central processing plants with capacity 220 MMSCFD associated sour gas, including gas compression, Glycol Dehydration, TSA dehydration Unit & MDEA sweetening plant, turbo-expander, NGL fractionation, LPG storage, condensate storage, loading terminal and its required utilities.
• Monitoring day-to-day plant production, plant efficiency, and productivity by prepare daily performance summaries.
• Monitor laboratory results report of product specification.
• Ensure process engineering activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, project specifications and approved variations if any.
• Resolve engineering issues that may arise and communicate with the Project Execution Team. Elevate issues to higher levels when necessary.
• Monitor H2S content in Feed gas and comparison it with allowable limits according to sour service definition .
• Evaluate the heat exchangers performance on a routine basis to determine their efficiency and include the required heat exchangers in shutdown plan.
• Carrying out the troubleshooting for problems or upset conditions and recommend solutions for these problems.
• Provides a reliable process engineering assessment using (Aspen HYSIS, EDR).
• Provides a reliable process safety engineering assessment (HAZOP, Hazard identification and Risk Analysis and Management of Change MOC.
• Review of relevant Process portion of work package including safety studies, process studies PFD’s, P&ID.
• Prepares, and reviews Specifications for Process Equipment.
• Familiar with the international codes and standards.
• Plan, Manage, and Supervise facilities shutdown, turnaround & inspection, and initial Startup activities.
• Developing pre-commissioning & commissioning plan, procedures, PSSR, and managing activities.
• Provides outside technical support to field operations to ensure continuous, efficient and safe operations.
• Prepare process-engineering studies to enhance plant capacity.
• Assist in Material Selection and MTO.
• Studies and suggest plant modifications and provides justifications to enhance plant operations and HSE aspects.
• Prepare the annually operating OPEX and capital budget CAPEX.
• Monitors chemical consumption for ensuring optimum usage.
Completed postgraduate studies in petroleum and natural gas engineering diploma with GPA Final Score is 3.4/4 (B+).
