Al Saqer Property Management (Member of United Al Saqer Group) services range from Property Management, facility management and, hospitality, among other utilities. ASPM owns and manages more than 3, 800 units and 70+ buildings with an occupancy not less than 97% aside of several hotels and companies (Novotel AlBustan, Adajio AlBustan, AG Hotel & Sama Integrated Smart Systems).

Highlights:
• Proffered effective financial stewardship, thereby played a key role in steering the institution's future growth & development. Reporting to Group CFO.
• Head-hunted to support in exciting transformation, expansion and modernization of the Al Saqer Property Management LLC, and to lead diverse departments including Finance, Property management, Facility Management, Project and Private Office Department.

• Led with intelligence, harnessing innovation and technology for automation of the finance and other departments, thereby mitigated overhead cost by 20%.
• Evaluated pros and cons and decided to build an in-house team, which helped mitigate direct costs by 33%.
• Served as the prolific business supporter who transformed adversity into AG hotel success in 2020 by effectively managing and succeeding to turn past 3 years of losses into profit and improving hotel rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.
