Al Saqer Property Management (Member of United Al Saqer Group) services range from Property Management, facility management and, hospitality, among other utilities. ASPM owns and manages more than 3, 800 units and 70+ buildings with an occupancy not less than 97% aside of several hotels and companies (Novotel AlBustan, Adajio AlBustan, AG Hotel & Sama Integrated Smart Systems).

• Created history by successfully implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion, the biggest implementation in the Middle East.
• Bestowed with Appreciation Certificate from United Al Saqer group for Oracle implementation and securing certificate of Information technology service management ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Led with intelligence, harnessing innovation and technology for automation of the finance and other departments, thereby mitigated overhead cost by 20%.
• Evaluated pros and cons and decided to build an in-house team, which helped mitigate direct costs by 33%.
• Served as the prolific business supporter who transformed adversity into AG hotel success in 2020 by effectively managing and succeeding to turn past 3 years of losses into profit and improving hotel rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.

• Presiding over finance department and controlling day-to-day finance operation and monthly reporting for facility management, property management, project, hotels & private department & Sama integrated smart system LCC.

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner, providing financial insights/analysis to the Senior Management, strategic reviews of businesses, key initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, revenue growth or projects on asset quality/ optimization.

Earlier Khidmah was a facility and property management recently they divided the companies to Khidmah and Provis it is a subsidiary of Al Dar Properties one of the biggest arm of property management in the UAE

• Commanded the finance department and initiatives related to financial excellence, reporting and control for several units - property mgmt., leasing & resale, facility management, health club as well as owner association accounts.
• Instrumental in building a roadmap to introduce, improve and enhance financial controls
