The Growth Department is responsible of expansion projects, business development & introduction of new revenue streams (diversification) for the organization, I was responsible of the following:
- Project execution & commercialization: the objective of this role is to develop the sales plan of product / service, this includes researching potential prospects, presentation, negotiation & contract development, eventually signing the contract to launch.
- Project launching and client on boarding in alignment with operation department.
- Project sustainability and Handover: the role involves ensuring project success, followed by training and handover to the Sales department to duplicate process on a larger scale
I am responsible of the following:
- Develop the business plan, marketing plan & sales plan for Avermasoft products, including market research.
- Identify potential clients to purchase Avermasofts products, including researching the market for software development projects
- Work closely with the software development team on customer requirements & road map development.
- Find sales partners to resell our products, and work closely with their sales team to review their pipeline on regular basis and engage in their sales activities, this includes directly manage tele sales team on daily basis and follow up with them on leads generated.
I am responsible of the following:
Sales Role:
- Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt’s recruitment products & services.
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with clients.
- Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs, and give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
Team leader role:
- Ensure that my team and I consistently hit sales target on monthly basis.
- Track the team monthly pipeline and ensure the team members are updating CRM and reports daily with accurate information and accurate forecasts.
- Share team progress through daily, weekly and monthly reports, as requested by the Management.
- Sold document management & archiving solutions, through strategic partnership with local vendors and service providers, which allowed me to practice many of the methods I studied at the university, including project management and requirement analysis.
- Managed different business responsibilities such as accounting, sales & marketing.
- Supervised an E-Commerce development project and participated in gathering requirements from the client.
- Performed ticket sales and flight bookings using Amadeus ticketing system for customers.
- Supervised the development of company’s website.
- Assisted the developers in updating clients web pages (HTML & CSS).
- Translated English web pages to Arabic.
- Acquired the basics of configuring & troubleshooting network devices, including Cisco routers.
- Participated with the technical support team in answering customers’ technical inquires.
Fixing computers (hardware / software) and customizing desktops on demand. (summer job)
