- Develop, test and maintain Dynamic web sites and CMS and Backend (Content management System) (Ex: Amer Group and Tamarai Egypt back-end).
- Develop Facebook Applications Ex: Axe Chocolate Guy and McDonalds Breakfast Campaigns.
- Propose, design, implement and test technical solutions to address complex technical and business requirements in the web space.
- Drive complex projects/initiatives through independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve problems and develop recommendations.
- Participate actively in all phases of the web development lifecycle, and help define web development’s role in each phase.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine required software improvements and modifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to web developers in the process of evaluating, scoping and designing an implementation strategy.
- Detect, define and debug programs whenever problems arise and serve as the primary level of escalation for complex problems.
- Incorporate the use of best practices and methodologies as we evolve software development process.
- Perform code reviews for other members of the web development team.

- Implement strategy for managing and nurturing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. - Develops, executes, and manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing activities in an organization, including e-marketing programs and strategies, campaign management, and analytics for Jousor and Jousor clients.
- Consults Managers in response handling, campaign tracking, follow-up, and automated lead management.
- Develops, documents, and implements automated marketing processes within CRM with emphasis on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign operations and lead generation.
- Consults with and advises the Marketing team on customer and marketing history data, campaign audiences, and best approach to achieving marketing goals during the campaign planning process.
- Working as Project Coordinator: be the client focal point and Handling all clients requests starting from data gathering and implementing and lunching and running the Operation (AmCham, Thomas Cook, Miraco Carrier and Net One). Till October 2008.
- Act as Senior Business Consultant and manage the development team starting from February 2009.
- Implementing and Customizing CRM Applications (Siebel) (Ticket management, Order management, Campaign management, Smart Script and Siebel VB Scripting).
- Developing and maintaining WFM Application (Workforce Management System) RCC Internal Web Based Application to automate internal processes (Modules: Recruitment, Training Verification, Headcounts, Reports and etc…).

Work at REMIP (Regional Environmental Improvement Management Project) under JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency) for conducting a survey to major the public awareness concerning environmental matters with a team from EEAA (Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency).
Researching & Developing windows and hand held (smart) device applications.
